No Fear Of Cancer – 12 Steps To Natural Health Improvement

Today is World Cancer Day and millions of people are donating a lot of money to support cancer research and thus the pharmaceutical industry. And they all focus on something nobody wants. Their biggest fear is that they or a loved one might become sick of cancer; and their biggest hope is that by thinking about cancer, talking about cancer, focussing on cancer, and donating a lot of money for cancer research they could make a difference in life.

Do I have to say more?

Here is some news you may never have heard before.

There IS a natural, healthy, very inexpensive answer to cancer for decades, but no one is telling you.

And even better news:

Cancer can to a large extent (see my blog post about “13 Effective Ways to Prevent Breast Cancer”) be prevented.

“Okay, where is the pill I can take to prevent cancer?” you might ask.

Can you appreciate the truth?

If somebody offers you a pill to prevent cancer, that somebody has absolutely no interest whatsoever in helping you to stay healthy. That somebody would only have one interest: making a lot of money of millions of desperate and naïve people. And that somebody would most likely also want to sell you a second pill…the one to “heal” cancer.

BUT…

Cancer can best be prevented and healed through a healthy lifestyle. A healthy lifestyle doesn’t cost a bit more than an unhealthy one – quite to the contrary. 

I have shared possible solutions in many of my articles, videos, blog posts, courses, teleclasses and workshops over and over. So I’m going to make it short and to the point today.

Here are 12 steps to prevent cancer:

  1. Quit smoking ASAP. Smoking is the second-fastest way to getting cancer, also for the non-smokers around you.
  2. Get rid of your microwave oven. Microwaves are the single fastest way of getting cancer. Some scientists call them simply “The kiss of death”, and there is enough scientific proof of the dangers of microwave ovens. Replace your microwave oven with a steamer. They are as easy and as convenient as microwave ovens. 
  3. Drink a lot of water.
  4. Get a lot of fresh air – breathe deeply. Exercise outdoors. 
  5. Eat natural, organic, non-processed, non-GMO food.
  6. Drastically reduce the use of your cell phone. As it is the nature of microwaves (and cell phones are based on the microwave technology), they heat. And while you’re using your phone, it literally “cooks” your brain and every part of your body that comes in contact with it. Only use your cell phone for emergency reasons. The rest of the time it should be switched off.
  7. Avoid sugar and fructose. All forms of sugar are known to promote cancer.
  8. Avoid unfermented soy products.
  9. Maintain a healthy body weight.
  10. Drastically reduce acidity. Cancer cells can only survive and grow in an acidic body. Alkalizing your body is the very first step in both, cancer prevention and reversing cancer. 
  11. Avoid synthetic hormone replacements and birth control pills. This also includes meat, because cows are being treated with heavy hormone dosages. Go for natural hormone replacements and organic grass-fed beef.
  12. Eliminate your fear of cancer. According to the law of attraction we attract what we fear. Fear creates stress…stress builds acidity in your body…acidity leads to cancer. Instead, trust nature. Just know that at least 75% of cancer prevention is in your own hands and follow these 12 steps.

I am not saying that you should ignore facts and put your head into the sand. I am not saying that you can just go ahead as usual and hope to remain healthy for the rest of your life. We are living in a toxic world and a global microwave ‘oven’. We have created a terrible mess on our planet and we can’t blame anybody. We are in this together. These are simple facts. What I am saying is that there is a lot we can do to prevent and reverse cancer in natural and healthy ways. And I am also saying that the responsibility is entirely in our own hands. You’re not a victim of a cruel faith. According to Dr. Mercola cancer can be prevented up to 75% by leading a healthy lifestyle. 

Here are a few cases I was so fortunate to see for myself.

Baby Josephine was meant to lose her eye balls because of two large eye tumors that came back after chemotherapy. Her doctors saw the only solution in an eye-ball removal. With a natural treatment of her new family doctor she became completely cancer free within a few weeks and both of her eye-balls could be saved.

Edith (name changed by the author) was scheduled for a bone marrow transplant. She started with some natural products two weeks before that treatment. When the transplant was due she was sent home because she was cancer free…no transplant needed.

A client of mine was at the hospital ready to day of last-stage breast cancer. Nothing had helped; neither the mastectomy, nor chemotherapy, nor radiation. She and her husband were preparing for the worst. Her naturopath got her on a natural health plan and three months later she was cancer free. Her husband told me on the phone how happy they were that they could go to the Saturday farmer’s market again. A small thing for most of us…a miracle for that couple.

The client of a friend of mine had a liver tumor the size of a male fist. Through two natural remedies the tumor moved to the surface where it burst. After the body got rid of it all, the wound simply closed and a few days later he tested cancer free.

Each of these persons had different natural treatments. All of them are cancer free today.

Alas, I also had to make a very sad experience. The husband of a friend of mine had cancer, and knowing that my friend could not afford the natural treatments I purchased them for her. They cost me several hundred dollars. She didn’t believe me and refused to give that remedy to her husband. Within six weeks he died. This was one of the saddest moments in my life. I just couldn’t understand why my friend refused to try everything to help her husband. Only a few months later that remedy – still stored in my kitchen, waiting for someone in need – was eaten by mice. Lucky cancer-free mice!

You may or may not be open to look into natural solutions. Just keep in mind that our Creator is providing us with everything we need through nature. This includes prevention and remedies. The answers have always been there. All it requires is an open mind.

13 Effective Ways to Prevent Breast Cancer (some even help reduce your weight)

Cancer is an environmental disease. That means we can do more to prevent and reverse it than we may think. I was so fortunate to be the witness of four cases of last-stage cancer that could be reversed in the most natural way. These four persons became entirely cancer free within two to twelve weeks.

One of them was a woman with last-stage breast cancer. Had she known what you are about to learn she may have been able to prevent herself from going through painful chemo therapy and radiation.

Today we want to talk about 13 natural and healthy ways of preventing breast cancer and lift that cloud of fear so many women are carrying around. There is enough proof that breast cancer can be prevented through a healthy lifestyle. The American Institute of Cancer Research estimated  that about 40% of breast cancer cases in the U.S.A. could be prevented with a healthier lifestyle. Dr. Joe Mercola even believes that these estimates are far too low and that the breast cancer could be avoided to 75% and 90% by strictly following some simple lifestyle changes.

Here are 13 possible lifestyle changes that can reduce the risk of getting breast cancer. Combined they can be a very powerful weapon against that terrible disease.

  1. Remove all wires of your bras: there is enough evidence that metal underwire bras can increase your breast cancer risk. Wires act like antennas and conduct electromagnetic pollution directly to the breasts.
  2. microwave ovenElectromagnetic fields: Avoid them as much as possible because they do increase your cancer risk. Electric blankets, digital alarm clocks, televisions in the bedroom, mammograms, cell phones, electric heating, nearby cell phone towers, and wireless phones all have a very high radiation and can contribute to cancer. The worst of all – by leaps and bounds – are microwave ovens and everything related to cell phone, wireless and WiFi technolgy (which are also based on microwaves). There is so much evidence of the dangers of microwave ovens (over 70,000 scientific studies), yet they are just too convenient to be banned from today’s kitchens. If you’re serious about drastically reducing the risk of getting breast cancer, replace your microwave oven with a steamer, which is as convenient as microwaves and entirely harmless and the food tastes much better. By the way, did you know that microwaves can make you obese even without overeating? 
  3. Avoid sugar and fructose: all forms of sugar are known to promote cancer. Dr. Mercola states that fructose is clearly one of the most harmful sugars and should strictly be avoided. By avoiding sugar and grains and increasing exercising you also improve your insulin receptor sensitivity.
  4. Get a lot of sunshine to optimize your vitamin D: Vitamin D is known to be one of nature’s most potent cancer fighters. (If you have to supplement with Vitamin D3 you also need to increase the vitamin K2)
  5. Vitamin A: it helps prevent breast cancer, especially when consumed with vitamin A-rich foods like organic egg yolks, organic raw butter, and beef or chicken liver.
  6. Avoid soy products: unfermented soy is high in isoflavones. Some studies show that unfermented soy increases the chances for mutations and cancerous cells.
  7. Maintain a healthy body weight: Fat produces estrogen, and estrogen can increase the danger of getting cancer. As soon as you begin to eat healthy and exercise plus add the next step, you can also lose weight naturally.
  8. Drastically reduce acidity: cancer can only survive in an acidic body, and when you’re overweight, you are over-acidic. Cancer cells have no chance in an alkaline environment, therefore alkalizing your body should be one of the first steps for weight loss and cancer prevention. If you’re only slightly overweight, drinking a lot of organic green vegetable juice daily is a great way. If you’re over 40 years old and/or more than 10 pounds overweight, your alkalizing has to be softer and more strategic.
  9. High-quality Omega3 fats: Omega3 deficiency is a known factor for cancer. Choose animal-based Omega3 fats, such as fish oil and krill oil.
  10. Breastfeeding: research shows that breastfeeding up to 6 months can significantly reduce the risk of getting breast cancer. So if you want to have children, consider to breastbeed them as long as possible – one year is ideal for the baby and helps you reduce the risk of breast cancer. Win-win! 
  11. Avoid synthetic hormone replacements and birth control pills: if you are experiencing excessive menopausal symptoms, you can use bio-identical hormone replacements. Birth control computers are safer and more accurate than the pill.
  12. Avoid iodine deficiency: iodine has potent anticancer properties.
  13. Reduce your fear of getting breast cancer: according to the law of attraction, fear increases the danger of getting what we’re afraid of.
